Breads from Creative Cities – Local Traditional Bakers

The project highlights the cultural heritage of bread, focusing on its simple ingredients, flour, and water. It invites bakers, farmers, and millers worldwide to showcase local traditional breads through stories, images, and video recipes. Open to Creative Cities, communities, and other local entities, participants can share their creations on the TRusT™ Platform and promote them via social media and the Creative Knowledge Foundation’s platforms.
Panificio Mobile - Emilia-Romagna Emergency

Panificio Mobile

The Panificio Mobile is an initiative created by KOOR srl Società Benefit, the Creative Knowledge Foundation, and the Francesca Rava Foundation. Its main goal is to distribute free bread, focaccia, and other baked goods to the population affected by the 2023 Emilia-Romagna flood. Additionally, it supplies nine Civil Protection canteens in the hardest-hit areas, ensuring food for over 4,000 people daily.
