The project is designed for UNESCO Creative Cities (UCC) and traditional bakers, millers, farmers and community members interested in preserving local food culture. For more details, visit the Project page

Any UNESCO Creative City and Knowledge Keepers (Bakers, Millers, Farmers) passionate about traditional breadmaking.
Why participate?
Participating strengthens cultural ties, promotes sustainable practices, and highlights local culinary heritage.
How do I participate?
Complete the online participation form, share your city’s traditional bread stories, and collaborate on best practices.
What are the benefits for a Creative City?
Cities gain international recognition, access to a network of knowledge exchange, and enhanced tourism visibility.
What are the benefits for bakers?
Bakers receive exposure, cultural recognition, and the chance to connect with a broader audience.
How are the results measured?
Through impact assessments focusing on cultural exchange, community engagement, and sustainability practices.

65 Cities from the UNESCO Creative Cities Network participate.
