The Breads of the Creative Cities project was featured during the talk “Il buono, il vecchio e il recuperato” at the Food Film Fest in Bergamo, which showcases the best global film productions dedicated to food.
During the session, focused on reducing food waste, the Breads of the Creative Cities initiative and its special COVID-19 edition, Breads from Creative Cities, were highlighted, two projects invite bread artisans, millers, and farmers to share their traditions and showcase their unique craft of bread-making. Through storytelling and hands-on demonstrations, the projects celebrate the rich cultural heritage of bread-making from creative cities around the world.
