“Fermate del Pane™ – Fabriano: A Journey Through Artisanal Breads and Local Flavors”

As part of the second edition of the “Carta è Cultura” (Paper is Culture) festival, held from September 19 to 22 in Fabriano, UNESCO Creative City of Crafts and Folk Arts, Fermate del Pane™ project took visitors on a unique food and wine journey through Fabriano’s historic center.

This event celebrated local excellence by showcasing artisanal breads, wines, and delicacies that embody the region’s history and passion. Bars and restaurants across Fabriano offered handcrafted products from top local producers, acting as true ambassadors of Marche’s culinary heritage.

Inspired by the “Breads of the Creative Cities” project, Fermate del Pane™ highlighted the universal significance of bread and regional traditions, promoting sustainable practices, traditional knowledge, and the protection of local supply chains.
