The Breads of the Creative Cities project presented at the Creative Cities of Gastronomy Exhibition in Buraydah, Saudi Arabia 

As part of its ongoing commitment to celebrating global bread cultures, the Breads of the Creative Cities project was presented at the Creative Cities of Gastronomy Exhibition in Buraydah, held from September 11th to 15th. During the event, the fifth edition of the Breads of the Creative Cities book presented, a collaborative publication developed with 65 UNESCO Creative Cities. This edition continues to highlight the diverse bread traditions of participating cities, showcasing the cultural significance, techniques, and ingredients that define their unique baking heritage. 

Additionally, a special edition of the book was introduced, focusing on the bread traditions within the Gastronomy cluster of UNESCO Creative Cities. This volume explores the distinctive flavors and methods that shape the culinary identity of these cities, reinforcing the project’s role in fostering cultural exchange and sustainable food practices.
