Breads of the Creative Cities Presented at the UNESCO Creative Cities Meeting in Ballarat

The Breads of the Creative Cities project will be presented at the UNESCO Creative Cities Sub-Network Meeting, held during the Ballarat Heritage Festival at the Rare Trades Centre from May 24th to May 26th, 2024. In this occasion, the fourth edition of the Breads of the Creative Cities book will introduce, which features new contributions from additional UCCN members and a completely redesigned layout. This ongoing project highlights the rich bread-making traditions of Creative Cities worldwide, fostering knowledge exchange and cultural dialogue.
