Breads of the Creative Cities Presented at the “IN PUGLIA IL CIBO È CULTURA” workshop 

On November 23rd, 2023 the Breads of the Creative Cities project was presented at the workshop In Puglia il Cibo è Cultura.” As a case study, the project—along with its evolutions, Fermate del Pane and Le Rotte del Pane—was introduced by Giuseppe Biagini, Founder of the Creative Knowledge Foundation.

The workshop, which explored the connection between food and culture, aimed to raise awareness among local stakeholders about strategies for developing and implementing best practices in enogastronomy and gastronomic tourism in the Puglia region.
