“Le Rotte del Pane” takes center stage at Genoa International Boat Show 2023! On September 25th, “Le Rotte del Pane” team, hosted by the Istituto Idrografico della Marina and Università di Genova, presented their collaborative project during a ceremonial send-off. This initiative, a partnership between KOOR srl Benefit Company and the Italian Navy, aims to showcase Italian excellence worldwide through the art of breadmaking and traditional knowledge sharing.
The project, embodies values of cultural exchange, inclusivity, sustainability, and environmental conservation, perfectly aligning with Breads of the Creative Cities key objectives: fostering unity among people by celebrating bread—not just as a fundamental food in every culture, but as a symbol of peace and connection worldwide.
