Are you a traditional baker, miller or farmer from UNESCO Creative City?

Breads of the Creative Cities project at the “Foro Ciudades Creativas de Norteamérica”

The Breads of the Creative Cities project was proudly introduced by the Creative Knowledge Foundation at the Foro Ciudades Creativas de Norteamérica in Querétaro, Mexico, from August 11-13, 2022. With representatives from 25 countries in attendance, the event highlighted the project as a vital initiative for fostering international collaboration in the world of traditional breadmaking.

During this event, the launch of the 2023 call for bakers, farmers, and millers to participate in the upcoming edition was officially announced. We invite new participants to be part of this exciting global effort, contributing to the mission of promoting cultural heritage and sustainability in the bread industry.
