Breads of the Creative Cities Meeting in Bologna, Italy

As part of the Breads of the Creative Cities project, the Creative Knowledge Foundation, in collaboration with Tucson City of Gastronomy, awarded a Certificate of Merit to baker Thomas Giardini, owner of Il Forno Pane e Dolci, in recognition of his expertise and craftsmanship in traditional staple foods. The certificate was presented in the presence of Francesca Martinese, representative of Bologna Creative City.
