Breads of the Creative Cities Meeting in Puebla, Mexico

During the Breads of the Creative Cities Meeting in Puebla, the bakers of “Pan de Fuego” and “El Hornito de San Francisco” were honored with Certificates of Merit for their expertise and craftsmanship in traditional staple foods. The certificates were presented by Mr. Giuseppe Biagini, founder of the Creative Knowledge Foundation, on behalf of Tucson City of Gastronomy, in the presence of Luis A. Gonzalez Arenal, Puebla’s Focal Point.
